At Co3D, we strive to provide high-quality products and a great customer experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. This Refund Policy explains our process for handling returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read it carefully to understand your rights and options.
Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges
- Physical Products (Props, DIY Kits, Custom Orders):
- You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your physical product.
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your request.
- Digital Products (Files, 3D Models, Designs):
- Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be issued for digital downloads or files once they have been purchased or downloaded.
- In the rare case of a technical issue with the digital file, please contact us at support@co3d.in, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Custom Orders:
- Custom-designed and personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. These products are made to your specifications and cannot be resold.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@co3d.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- We will provide instructions on returning the item for a full refund or replacement. Shipping costs for returning damaged or defective items will be covered by us.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Digital products (as mentioned above).
- Gift cards.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount.
- Custom-made items (except in cases of damage or defect).
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or there was an error in the shipment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at billing@co3d.in.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@co3d.in and we will guide you through the process.
Cancellations
- Physical Products:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, we begin processing your order, and cancellations will no longer be available.
- Digital Products:
- Digital products cannot be canceled once the purchase is completed, as the file is immediately available for download.
