    • Ready-to-ship products: Shipped within 2-3 business days.
    • Custom-made products: Shipped within 1-2 weeks based on product complexity.
    • Backorder products: Shipped within 7-10 business days.
    • Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Tracking:
    • We use Shiprocket to manage shipments. Tracking details will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp once your order is picked up.
    • You can track your order by clicking the link provided in the email/WhatsApp or directly on the Shiprocket website.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Courier Partners:
    • We use trusted domestic courier services such as Delhivery, Amazon, Bluedart, Ecom Express, and Xpressbees.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Typical delivery time is between 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, location, and order value. Free shipping may apply for select products or promotions.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    • COD services are available for most locations, but some remote areas may not be covered.

3. International Shipping

  • Courier Partners:
    • We ship internationally using DHL, Aramex, FedEx, India Post EMS, and others.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Delivery time varies by country, generally ranging from 7-21 business days. International deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance processes.
  • Custom Duties & Taxes:
    • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.
    • Customs clearance is not our responsibility. If customs clearance is delayed due to missing or incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for providing the required documentation.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer):
    • Some countries may require KYC documents such as government-issued ID or proof of address for customs clearance. The customer must ensure all documents are valid and accurate.
  • Shipping Restrictions:
    • Certain countries may have shipping restrictions for specific products. We will inform you if there are any issues with shipping your order to your country.

4. Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared via email and WhatsApp.
  • Domestic orders can be tracked via Shiprocket with updates from our courier partners.
  • For international orders, updates will be provided by DHL, FedEx, or other international carriers.

5. Shipping Delays & Lost Parcels

  • Delays: While we strive to meet delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Weather conditions
    • Customs procedures
    • COVID-19 or other force majeure events
  • Lost Parcels: In the rare event of a lost parcel, please contact us at support@co3d.in for assistance.

6. Incorrect Address or KYC Information

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details, including address and KYC documents (where required). If any information is incorrect and causes delays or returns, additional shipping fees may apply.
