4. Order Process
4.1 Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. The contract is not finalized until we send a confirmation of shipment.

5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Shipping Charges: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the order.
5.2 Delivery Times: Standard delivery times for in-stock products are between 7-14 business days. For custom orders, delivery may take longer depending on the complexity of the item.
5.3 International Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping through third-party services. Additional customs and import taxes may apply depending on your country.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Eligibility: Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. We offer replacements or refunds for damaged products upon proof of damage within 7 days of receipt.
6.2 Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
6.3 Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for custom products. In case of a defect or damage, a replacement will be provided.

7.1 Product Quality: We ensure all products are carefully inspected and finished before dispatch. Due to the nature of custom products, no warranty is provided beyond the initial defect-free guarantee.
