At Co3D, we are committed to providing the highest quality products and customer satisfaction. Our warranty policy applies to select items and aims to cover repair or replacement for certain components under specific conditions.
1. Warranty Coverage
1.1 Arc Reactors (Electronics Warranty):
We offer a 1-year warranty on the electronic components of our arc reactors, which includes lights, batteries, and internal wiring. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
1.2 Moving Parts on Custom Props:
For props with moving mechanical parts, we offer a 6-month limited warranty. This warranty only covers defects in the mechanism due to faulty craftsmanship. Wear and tear due to vigorous or improper use are not covered.
1.3 Materials and Craftsmanship:
All 3D-printed products are warranted against defects in material and craftsmanship for 30 days after delivery. This warranty does not apply to issues caused by misuse, modification, or negligence by the customer.
2. What’s Not Covered
2.1 Battery Life:
The battery life in products like arc reactors is not covered beyond initial functionality testing, as it depends on the manufacturer’s specifications and the usage patterns of the user.
2.2 External Damage:
Damage caused by accidents, rough handling, exposure to water, heat, or chemicals, and any modifications or repairs done by third parties are not covered under this warranty.
2.3 Component Warranty:
This warranty does not cover parts provided by third-party manufacturers (e.g., lights or batteries from external vendors). The customer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer for component-related issues.
3. Warranty Claims Process
3.1 Contact Us:
To make a warranty claim, please email support@co3d.in with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue. Include photos or videos if possible.
3.2 Evaluation:
Once your claim is received, we will evaluate the issue and determine whether it qualifies for repair or replacement. We reserve the right to request further evidence to support your claim.
3.3 Repair or Replacement:
If the warranty claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Repair: Free repairs will be carried out on items that can be restored to full functionality.
- Replacement: If the item cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with the same or a similar product, subject to availability.
3.4 Shipping Costs:
In cases of approved warranty claims, we will cover shipping costs for the return and replacement of the product. If the warranty claim is rejected, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers must take proper care of their items and follow product care instructions to maintain the longevity of the product. Misuse or neglect will void the warranty.
5. Limitations
Our warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product and does not cover any incidental or consequential damages caused by the product failure.
